Write down exactly what you need: category, deliverables, formats, budget, and deadline. The creator applies against that, not a DM thread.
Pay the bounty through Stripe before any work starts. BountySmith holds the payment until you approve the work.
The creator uploads to the bounty on BountySmith instead of sending files over Discord. Progress updates and the final submission stay attached to the bounty.
Preview images, video, and audio in the browser right away. Source files like .rbxm, .fbx, and .zip stay locked. Request revisions if the work isn't there yet.
Approving releases the payment to the creator and unlocks the final downloads for you. Unless it's a contest or uses Delivery Check, a submission you don't approve, send back for revisions, or dispute within 7 days is approved automatically. If you disagree about the work, either side can open a dispute and an admin reviews it.
Discord and Talent Hub are fine for finding each other and talking. BountySmith is for the part where money and files change hands.
Each profile's portfolio was reviewed by BountySmith for its category before the creator could take work. Open a profile to see the actual projects.
Studios pay a 10% fee on top of the bounty. Creators receive the full bounty amount. Here is a $100 bounty, line by line.

BountySmith covers Stripe's processing fee on bounties that complete. On a refund, that processing fee is the one part that can't be returned.
